By accessing or using MarketingMogul ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MarketingMogul is an AI-powered social media management platform that helps businesses create, schedule, and optimize social media content. The Service includes AI content generation, multi-brand management, content scheduling, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
  • Each account is for a single user or organization

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using our AI generation tools, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating content. Generated content is owned by you and may be used for any purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. MarketingMogul is not liable for any content published to your social media accounts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Exceed usage limits for your subscription tier
  • Use the Service for spam or automated bulk messaging

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier users may be subject to usage limits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

MarketingMogul is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
